has joined Raffles International Hotels & Resorts as Regional
Director, Global Sales, North America Region. He will oversee
the global sales offices in North America which are located
in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Prior to
this appointment, Fallon was the Director, Global Accounts –
Northeast Region at the New York Global Sales Office. He has
been in the hotel industry for more than 20 years with a track

Esprit Award, for Best General Manager. Shannon was selected
from more than 250 Radisson general managers in the Americas.
The Esprit Award is based on a review of the hotel's business
performance, guest satisfaction and quality rankings in addition
to participation in community relations and involvement in brand
leadership.
The
LOWRY HOTEL won the coveted accolade of ‘Best
Manchester Hotel’ in a prestigious awards ceremony celebrating

first five-star hotel, The Lowry, beat off competition by winning
thousands of votes from the city’s inhabitants, marking
