Kimpton
Hotels in conjunction with the National AIDS Fund has launch
the 2004 Red Ribbon Reservation Campaign. From November 1
through December 30, 2004 all Kimpton-owned hotels will contribute
$10 per reservation to the NATIONAL AIDS FUND
when guests request the special "Red Ribbon Reservation".
The purpose of the campaign is to raise awareness and funds
to help people around the country who are living with HIV/AIDS.
I did some research into and YES the Red Ribbon Reservation
Campaign does apply to group reservations when mentioned by
the meeting planner prior to signing the group contract. However,
participating group rates are non-commissionable to the planner
when being applied to the Annual Kimpton Red Ribbon Campaign.
